🍱Blog Post 5:  A Meal that I Really Like   🍱 My favorite meal is the Corn Pie (Pastel de Choclo) for lunch. The Corn Pie it is a dish prepared with a baked pasta of tender corn kernels, stuffed with "Pino" (a mixture of onions and meat (or vegetable meat) with eggs, olives and raisins. It is prepared grinding the corn kernels, then, when its all turned into a paste, season with milk and butter. Then the pino made of choped beef (or vegetable meet), and onions is prepared. Finally In a container add the pino, olives and a boiled egg, put it all together and finish with a thick layer of the corn paste, sometimes sugar is added on top to acquire a golden brown color, bake until its ready. It has a very delicious mix of flavors, a little sweet and salty, a perfect point for me. I n my health it has a highly positive effect because it makes me happy (haha) even though it has too many calories, is a meal that i don’t eat too often, only on special occasions.:)   

🌽 Blog Post 4:  A Photo and its Story  🌽 In this photo you can see my uncles showing their corn plantations, in a beautiful place called Pencahue (Pengkawe, place of pumpkin in Mapudungun). This photo for me means the first time that I alone travelled to a completely new place.  I went on holiday season, alone, with my backpack and a lot of hope to have a good time with myself.  For me, it was a starting point for new adventures, at the time this meant a lot to me because I felt so pleased with life, for allowing me to enjoy such beautiful moments. This is of interest to me due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, in which one of the things that I missed the most is traveling. When I looked for a meaningful photo for me, I remembered that specific moment.  I don't know why but at the time I felt powerful, well…I could move to the place that I wanted, eat whatever I wanted, manage my time as I pleased.   Blog Post 3:  📱💻My Favorite Piece of Technology.  📱💻 My computer called"Selma" (no, it's a joke, it's has no name haha) My favorite piece of technology is my computer because it has many benefits, for example, improve my productivity, executing tasks in a much efficient way, this has become necessary for my everyday life.
